We all know that I adore fantasy toys and I love working with small makers. So when RawLoveStudio reached out with a chance to review their Moonbean design, I didn’t hesitate to say yes. Unicorn horns have to be one of my top three favorite designs for fantasy toys. And quite honestly, unicorn themed sex toys absolutely delight me. The Moonbean looked like it would be right up my alley. 

Moonbean Stats

The Moonbean Unicorn dildo is a fantasy dildo made by RawLoveStudio, and resembles a unicorn’s horn. The creator, like me, has had a lifelong adoration for them. The design is made to be a strap-on dildo, but it still can be used just by hand as well. The unique horn shape is made to provide a sensation that is fulfilling no matter how you are using it.

Designed in Blender and then 3D printed, they have cast the Moonbean in 100% body safe silicone and sustainable mica powders for sparkle. It comes in a signature blue/pink/white fade pour, or you can customize it with your own colors. Each dildo is made to order and no two look exactly the same. RawLoveStudio uses discrete shipping and does not name themselves on the package when sent in the mail.

So What Do I Think?

The first thing I want to talk about is just how good the Moonbean looks. I was very lucky to get a custom pour of Creamy Pink/Pearly White/Lilac in the Medium size. And it just gives off such lovely femme vibes that I put it where my makeup sits just for the aesthetic. Compared to other unicorn horn shaped dildos I have reviewed, it is honestly dainty, and I love that. It makes it feel less daunting or like it is going to be a lot to take on. So I think this toy would be great for people who are just starting to get into fantasy shapes because of that simplicity. And that is ultimately what I enjoy about the Moonbean: it is quite simple as far as a lot of fantasy toys go. Oftentimes fantasy shapes can have a lot of texture, girth, and length, which makes them feel almost unusable for a vast majority of dildo lovers. 

In use, the Moonbean is an absolute dream. The base is not only comfortable enough for strap on use, but also wonderful for someone with small hands like myself. I can keep a firm grip on the base to thrust and twist as I please. The texture is not super pronounced, but you can feel it, especially while twisting it. And while you would think that the end being such a pointed shape would be uncomfortable, I found it to be great because it has such a perfect squish to the silicone. So when it did hit my cervix there was no pain, just a gentle poke.

If you are looking to hop into the world of fantasy toys or toys to use with a harness. The Moonbean by RawLoveStudio is definitely a great place to start.
